Welcome to The Mystery of Lyle and Louise
Welcome to the Investigation
You are about to discover the forensic science behind criminal investigating. You will be gathering evidence, performing experiments and working to solve the mystery of Lyle and Louise. You will begin by investigating an accidental car crash that claimed the lives of three people. During your investigation, you find a cabin in the woods with two dead bodies. Are these two crime scenes related? Who is dead in the cabin? Who was in the car? Using your newly acquired CSI skills you will work to solve this mystery!
LETS BEGIN . . . An Identity Crisis: DNA Typing
Using DNA Forensic technology, you will try to identify the three people in the car and the two bodies found in the cabin in the woods. You will use gel electrophoresis to create a DNA fingerprint of the samples taken from the crime scenes and those taken from the personal belongs of the persons of interest.
